Here’s where you can find EventCAT this October. Booth numbers and additional event details will be updated as they are confirmed.

October 8 | RAMEN TECH Global Summit 2026 - Fukuoka, Japan

First stop: Fukuoka.
RAMEN TECH Global Summit 2026 brings together entrepreneurs, investors, corporations, and innovators from across borders, with Fukuoka positioning itself as a connection point between Japan and the wider Asian startup ecosystem. The main summit takes place on October 8 at Daimyo Conference and includes multiple stages, startup pitches, and discussions covering areas such as AI, deep tech, cross-border investment, and global growth.
For an event built around ideas crossing industries and borders, communication matters just as much as innovation. EventCAT will be there as those conversations unfold.

October 10–13 | ACFM 2026 - Busan, Korea

Next, we head to Busan for the Asian Contents & Film Market (ACFM) 2026, one of Asia’s major meeting points for the film and content industries.
Held at BEXCO from October 10–13, ACFM brings together filmmakers, producers, content companies, platforms, investors, and industry professionals for project markets, business meetings, showcases, and conferences. This year’s program also puts technology firmly in the conversation, with sessions covering topics including cinematic AI, generative AI, and the future of filmmaking.
As content becomes increasingly global, the ability to communicate across languages becomes part of the business of content itself. We’re excited to bring EventCAT into that environment.
October 14–15 | SURF 2026 INCHEON - Incheon, Korea

From Busan, EventCAT heads north to SURF 2026 INCHEON, held October 14–15 at Songdo Convensia.
Under the theme “Start-Up, Reach the Future,” the event brings the startup ecosystem together in Incheon for two days focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, and new business opportunities.
Startup events move quickly. Pitches turn into questions, questions turn into meetings, and meetings can turn into partnerships. Real-time translation can help make sure those opportunities do not stop at the language barrier.

October 19–23 | 2026 ITS World Congress - Gangneung, Korea

October gets even bigger in Gangneung.
The 2026 ITS World Congress will bring the global intelligent transportation community together at Gangneung Olympic Park from October 19–23 under the theme “Beyond Mobility, Connected World.”
The organizers expect representatives from more than 90 countries, over 60,000 participants, 150+ sessions, and more than 420 exhibition booths, with discussions spanning connected and automated driving, smart infrastructure, mobility services, AI-driven systems, policy, and more.
At a congress this international, multilingual communication is not simply a convenience—it is part of creating a truly connected event experience.

October 21–23 | Japan IT Week - Tokyo Autumn Show, Japan

We’ll close out the month at Japan IT Week’s Tokyo Autumn Show, taking place October 21–23 at Makuhari Messe.
The show brings together a broad range of technologies across software development, embedded and edge AI, IoT, information security, AI infrastructure, data centers, and enterprise IT. Organizers currently expect around 700 exhibitors and 30,000 visitors, making it another major meeting point for technology companies and decision-makers in Japan.
For EventCAT, it is another opportunity to show how AI can solve a very practical problem: helping people understand each other instantly, even when they do not speak the same language.

Five Events. Two Countries. One Goal: Better Global Communication.
From media and startups to enterprise technology and intelligent mobility, these events may look very different from one another.
But the need for better communication is the same.
EventCAT turns spoken language into real-time multilingual captions and AI-generated voice, helping organizers make conferences, presentations, meetings, and live events more accessible to international audiences.
No app download is required. Attendees can simply scan a QR code and follow the conversation in their preferred language from their own device, while organizers can also integrate translated captions into venue screens and live production workflows.
October will take EventCAT across Fukuoka, Busan, Incheon, Gangneung, and Tokyo (Chiba), and we’re looking forward to meeting the people building what comes next.
Going to one of these events? Come meet EventCAT and experience real-time AI translation in action.
